Yes. This is exactly who Legacy is built for. Most clients come in having not trained seriously in 5, 10, even 20 years. Every program starts where you are right now, including any injuries, mobility limits, or health issues we need to work around.
Where are sessions held?
In-person across Nassau, and Suffolk County. Specific location is confirmed during your consult based on where you live and work.
What if I have injuries or health conditions?
We screen for that during onboarding (our intake form covers full medical history and a PAR-Q+ health screening). Programs are built around your body, including past injuries, joint issues, and any conditions your doctor wants you to work around.
How fast will I see results?
Most clients notice energy and sleep improvements within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically show up between weeks 4 and 8. The 90-day program is designed to deliver a real transformation by the end of the third month.
What if I can't commit to 3 days a week?
We offer 2x/week programs that still produce real results. Honest answer: 3x/week produces faster, deeper transformation, but consistency at 2x/week beats intensity at 3x/week if your schedule is the constraint.
Do you offer online-only coaching?
Legacy is an in-person coaching practice. The whole model is built around real accountability and hands-on coaching, not another app you'll stop opening in 30 days.
